Chicken Noodle Casserole

Casseroles always hit the spot on cold winter nights and this one is easy to prepare after you get home from work.

Chicken Noodle Casserole
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Baking time 25 minutes

10.75-ounce can cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 cup frozen peas

(2) 4.5-ounce cans cooked chicken, drained

2 cups hot cooked medium egg noodles

2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

1 tablespoon butter, melted

Stir soup, milk, peas, chicken and noodles in a 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Mix bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over casserole. Bake an additional 5 minutes or until crumbs are browned.

Makes 4 servings.
