"This is quick main dish on the table in less than 30 minutes," says Lisa Shafer of Hardy. Taco Dip 15-ounce can refried beans 1 pound ground beef 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder 2 tablespoons water 10-ounce bag of corn chips Topping: Chopped onion, sour cream and salsa (optional) Brown ground beef in microwave; stirring often (about 10 minutes). Stir in water and chili powder until well mixed. Spread refried beans in an 11-by-7-inch greased glass baking dish. Warm in microwave 2 to 4 minutes. Place corn chips around the edge of the dish of beans. Place beef mixture on top of beans. Serve with remaining corn chips for dipping along with chopped onion, sour cream or salsa as desired.
