Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Stuffed Potatoes

4 large baking potatoes
1 5-ounce can natural white chicken, drained and shredded
1/2 10-ounce package frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream with chive and onion seasoning
1 cup reduced-fat shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
Microwave potatoes on HIGH 12 to 14 minutes or until fork-tender. Wrap in foil and allow to stand 5 minutes.
Slice away skin from top of each potato; carefully scoop out pulp, leaving shells intact. Mash pulp. Add chicken, broccoli, sour cream and 1/2 cup cheese to the potato pulp; stir well.
Stuff shells with potato mixture; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Microwave on HIGH 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
