Chicken with French Onions

1 egg, beaten

1 1/2 cups French fried onions, crushed

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Dip chicken breasts in egg, then onion crumbs; place in baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

Makes 4 servings.
