Microwave Meatloaf

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 egg

1/4 cup cracker crumbs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoons pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

1 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Topping:

2 tablespoons sugar

1/2 teaspoons mustard

2 tablespoons ketchup

Combine meatloaf ingredients and press firmly into a microwave-safe loaf pan. Cover and cook on HIGH for 10 minutes. Combine topping ingredients and spread over meatloaf; microwave in 1-minute increments until meat is no longer pink.
