Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chopped onion and dry mustard add lots of extra flavor to these turkey burgers.
Turkey Burgers Plus
1 pound ground turkey
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1⁄2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
1⁄3 cup finely chopped onion
1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 egg, beaten
4 hamburger buns
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Heat grill to medium heat.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, breadcrumbs, onion, eggs, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and mustard. Shape meat mixture into 4 patties. Place on the grill and cook approximately 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in the center. Serve burgers on buns. (Toasting buns on grill is optional).
