Stephanie's Summer Flummery

1 8-ounce container plain yogurt

1 8-ounce container Cool Whip

1 package frozen raspberries (fresh works, too!)

Brown sugar

White sugar

Amaretto biscuit cookies (optional)

Package of clear plastic cups

Mix the yogurt and Cool Whip together. Add white sugar to taste. It should be semi-sweet but not too sweet. Thaw raspberries and sweeten them with some sugar. In each plastic cup, first add 1 teaspoon of brown sugar and one amaretto cookie. Next, ladle one scoop of yogurt/Cool Whip mix. Add 1 teaspoon of raspberries off to the side so it can be seen through the cup. Add another teaspoon of brown sugar. Add another ladle of Cool Whip mix Top off with another spoonful of raspberries. Serve cold. Enjoy!
