BBQ Turkey Burgers |
These grilled turkey burgers with barbecue sauce have just 250 calories and 3 grams of saturated fat per serving. BBQ Turkey Burgers 1 1/2 pounds ground turkey Combine ground turkey, onion, barbecue sauce, bread crumbs and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly and shape into 6 patties. Place on an oiled grill and grill over direct medium heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F and the burger is no longer pink in the center. Baste with additional barbecue sauce if desired. Serve on toasted buns with leaf lettuce and sliced red onions. Makes 6 servings.
