Escalloped Ham

Reader Hilda Knick of Grand Island shared this recipe for leftover ham.

Escalloped Ham

1 pound ham, boiled, baked or left over
1 package medium-sized noodles, boiled and drained
1 cup sour cream
4 or 5 eggs, beaten into cream

Chop ham as desired.

Combine all ingredients and turn into a baking dish.

Bake at 325 to 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
