Pasta Salad

This salad is great for the Summer picnic time and extremely easy to prepare.

Pasta Salad

1 16oz pkg of pasta noodles, cooked and drained ( I use elbow or salad macaroni but cork screw or ditali will work too.)

3 large red tomotoes chopped or several roma tomatoes chopped

1/4 cup of chopped onion

2 cucumbers chopped

1 cup of mayonaise or salad dressing (low cal or fat free mayo also works.)

Mix all of your ingredients and chill for about 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Approximate preparation time is 30 minutes.
