Got a package of ground beef in the fridge but not much time to fix supper? Here is a quick recipe idea.
10-Minute Meal
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes
1 cup instante rice, uncooked
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
Shredded Cheddar cheese
Chili powder, to taste
Diced onion, to taste (or dried onion)
Salt, to taste
Brown ground beef and onions; drain. Add all other ingredients, except cheese.
Simmer for 5 minutes. Add cheese on top and melt.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
