For a quick treat you just can't beat, try these four-ingredient cookies.

Cake Box Cookies

1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 bag chocolate chips
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil

Mix together eggs, oil and cake mix. Add chocolate chips. Scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet using a teaspoon. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.

For variety, try these cake mix and chip combinations: chocolate cake mix with peanut butter chips or butterscotch chips, banana cake mix with white chocolate chips, or lemon cake mix with white chocolate chips.

Yield: 24 cookies
