Sausage, Broccoli and Cheese Soup |
Try this quick soup for a weeknight meal. Sausage, Broccoli and Cheese Soup 2 tablespoons butter or margarine 1 tablespoons flour 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 1/2 cups milk 1/2 ounces Velveeta, cubed 1/8 teaspoon ground pepper 1 pound smoked sausage 1 bunch of broccoli Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add flour and cook until bubbly. Add onion and continue cooking until tender. Add milk and bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
