Follow along with Simply Cookin' Chef Mitzi Stinson as she makes a Greek favorite - Chicken and Dill Souvlaki.

This no-cook recipe only takes only 10 minutes to complete. Plus, it is packed with flavor and a healthy serving of protein and veggies.

Try mixing in other fresh ingredients like tomatoes, Greek kalamata olives or feta cheese.

3T extra-virgin olive oil

3T fresh lemon juice

3/4 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

2 1/2 to 3 lbs. rotisserie chicken meat sliced

2 whole cucumbers, sliced into thin half-moons

1/2 small, sweet onion (such as Vidalia), thinly sliced

2T chopped fresh dill

4 flat breads

1/2 cup plain yogurt, preferably Greek-style

 

In a large bowl, combine the oil, lemon juice, 3/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.

Fold in the chicken, cucumbers, onion, and dill.

Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the flat breads and serve with the yogurt.
