Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin (1 lb.)
1/4 cup Kraft Catalina Dressing, divided
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1T honey

Directions

  1. Brush meat with 2T of the dressing.
  2. Mix dry ingredients; rub onto meat.
  3. Let stand 10 min., or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours to marinate.
  4. Preheat grill to medium heat. (You can also set your oven to broil.)
  5. Place meat on grate; cover with lid. (If broiling, leave uncovered on a lightly-oiled broiling pan.)
  6. Grill 20 min., turning occasionally.
  7. Mix remaining 2T dressing and the honey.
  8. Brush meat lightly with dressing mixture.
  9. Grill an additional 5 to 10 min. or until meat is cooked through (160°F), turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining dressing mixture.
  10. Remove meat from grill; cover with foil.
  11. Let stand 5 min. before slicing.
