Follow along with Simply Cookin' Chef Mitzi Stinson to make Glazed Pineapple Chops on the grill.

This recipe takes only 5 ingredients and 20 minutes, making it the perfect weeknight meal in a hurry. The glaze leaves the pork tender and juicy, with a subtle sweetness from the pineapple.

To enhance the sweet flavor, grill pineapple rings for 2 minutes on each side and serve alongside the pork. Also, try different blends of barbecue sauce to create a glaze that's uniquely yours.
